It’s a great place just to go an have a sleep Rooms smelled funny, but they were cleaned. Their decor on the hallways are quite creepy though. But over all it’s clean and safe

Oh my, this was a FANTASTIC hotel to stay at in Madrid. My wife and I took an 8 day trip to Madrid, and booked this hotel because Expedia recommended it, and it was perfect. It is about as central as it could be, about a 2 minute walk from the Puerta del Sol in the center of town, and from there, it was a 10 to 20 minute walk to almost anywhere, or direct access to the metro. The staff was fantastic. The one minor problem we had (slow shower drain) was fixed almost immediately after reporting it. The on-site 24 hour free cafe had coffee/tea/chocolate/cookies/fruit/juice any time we wanted it. And the morning surprise of pastries and water hung on the door handle made breakfast (or pre-breakfast) super easy and delicious. Anyone that I know that plans to travel to Madrid will get this hotel as a recommendation from us. Very impressed, and economical as well. Thanks for a great stay B&B.

Great hotel very safe confortable and rooms are great and not too small. They have coffee and cookies available 24/7 and they drop off bread and waters everyday at our room door.

The street to access the hotel is very busy but the inside of hotel was exceptionally quiet. Liked the extra of free coffee/tea, fresh fruit & croissants for breakfast. Bathroom was huge, would be good if there was a separate light for toilet area as whole wall lit up, this is feedback for hotel only. Overall a great place to stay in the city.

Staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Close by to everything. The property is next to a police station. Many restaurants nearby. We love the rooftop.

The photos on their webpage were misleading. The sink was not in the WC (toilet and shower room) it was outside where there was no privacy in our hotel room. We felt the hotel room had no luxury feeling what so ever- something for an 18 year old. I was expecting more for the money that the room cost a night. They had no blanket on the bed and it was Nov. When we asked for a blanket, they gave us a bedsheet- they apparently had no blankets. The mattress cover was terribly stained which was a terrible thing to see. Everything was on the low end and the carpet in the hallways needed vacuuming. I don't think my 20 yr old daughter would even want to stay there. The staff was nice and friendly that is about all I can say about this place.

I believe the hotel rooms need extra amenities like a table in the corner lol there was no place to put our stuff. However, the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel isn’t a good location. The entrance might make you worry a little bit lol but it seems to be in a safe area as the police station is next-door.

This is a remarkably clean and quiet hotel in a busy retail and dining neighborhood. We stayed there twice. The entrance is narrow, but the hotel is solid. While the don’t offer breakfast in the formal European sense, there is fruit (bananas, apples, oranges, pears, etc.) all day, coffees, tea, and cookies all day, and a goodie bag is on your door each AM with alternating donuts and croissants. There is a mini-refrigerator in the room. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and yet the room was very quiet, because it was located on the inner part of the building. It was clean, functional and practical. The two most important things I missed and would really add a lot of value to this hotel would be if they would provide 2 things: a coffee/tea maker in the room, and a laundry service.

On a street that you can only get to by walking. Ubers and taxis can only drop you off 2-3 blocks away, so if you have rolling luggage it’s not easy. Bathrooms are weird. There is no delineation between shower and toilet, so when you shower the water goes everywhere and you have a wet floor the rest of the day. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.
