    Terrible Stay

    The room was decent however, the service and hospitality was pathetic. My wife was not feeling well and we ordered indian food for which we needed plates and cutlery, which they outright denied and not giving any explanation as to why they cannot give me plates and cutlery. I had to go out to the grocery store to buy plates and cutlery and then eat my food. I believe if the property cannot give such basic service to its customers then they should either write it before a person books a room or just unlist their property from the platform. Not at all satisfied and will never recommend to anyone
