First day we had a bad experience as the NH Collection Colombo guys told us we didn't have a booking then we showed the voucher and insisted so they said you have a booking but we can't upgrade you'll as mentioned in our voucher they forcefully said that we can only give if there is availability though nothing of the sort was written in our voucher as we had got confirmed upgrade as company black milestone ache ever then after that they said we wont give services mentioned in your voucher and we were not given an extra pair of Key as well saying that its over they lied to us every now and then and after we said that we want our refund then they agreed to everything and we had to inform the higher management team and tell them about the harassment caused to us and after that they gave us a sorry letter and gave our services. The breakfast was monotonous and they were restricted with serving only 2 bottles of and tell for breakfast they were being quite stingy. But overall the location and view from the room and the design of the room are very tastefully done. And everything else was very nice. The pastry shop in the NH Collection Colombo also has stale pastries be careful.

We were a group of 3, the NH Collection Colombo was very clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. Checkin was hassle-free. Infinity pool on the rooftop is just spectacular giving views of the ocean. It’s recommended for a family as well. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the taste was nice.

This is hands down the best NH Collection Colombo I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Rooms are huge with an excellent view of the ocean. Rooftop bar has some great cocktails and happy hours. Food also pretty great and the service is very good. Breakfast spread is huge.

Very well behaved staff and friendly warm welcome. Also the NH Collection Colombo is complete 5 stars on interiors staff cleanliness facilities and amenities. Also very nice pool on the roof top which adds up. Overall very nice stay and worth the money.

1. The sea view is now blocked because there are two buildings in the front. 2. The lagoon view is actually cleaner because the city side does not have that many tall buildings.
Very limited food options, especially with soups or gluten free customers
