I stayed for two nights and the experience was good for the kind of pricing i could get through Makemytrip. Only setback is at taking flight + Pearl Grand By Ratna bookings, this Pearl Grand By Ratna doesn't provide the complimentary breakfast which makes a difference as the traveller needs to find on his own for food. But I find a nearby boutique Pearl Grand By Ratna due to this as I tried finding options. The rooms are clean. I am business traveller and need basics. I tried to workout with management to get a business traveller discount but I think they are having good flow of customers so they do not consider to engage with me for this never mind.

Central London cation and very courteous staff. Had a small balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed the complimentary foot massage at their spa Foot Rub. There is a small roof top bar and pool. The Food at the Indian restaurant Kohinoor was tasty and filling. Another plus was that they gave me a two hour extension on the room. Will definitely stay there again.

Centrally located, clean Pearl Grand By Ratna. Breakfast spread is decent. Facilities are good. Service was found to be courteous, friendly and prompt. It is a good Pearl Grand By Ratna for 3 star standards. TV channels choices are limited. WiFi is free and good, speed of about 2Mbps. Swimming pool is good too. Had a pleasant stay here.

The Pearl Grand By Ratna service and the facilities were really good. Had a nice experience for our duration of stay. The room was neat and clean and also the front office and rest of the Pearl Grand By Ratna area. The only problem we had was regarding the availability of food varieties, for an Indian cusine there were not many options.

The Pearl Grand By Ratna staff was excel, they help me and cooperated with me very much. They gave me an early check in and late check out. It is located in Colombo 4. Closest shopping mall is Majestic which is hopeless. There is some building construction next door could face some noise if you open your room balcony.

The first time I was fooled by the photos that led me to believe it had a view of the sea. But my bubble burst on reaching there. The room was also a bit of a let down, especially the bathroom. However, having said that, the service is excellent and it is a good value for money. The food was also quite tasty.

It is a value for money Pearl Grand By Ratna. Good staff... Nice service. Rooftop pool is amazing.. Good view of the sea from the roof top.. Overall nice experience... Good food as well. Strongly recommended.

Very friendly and supporting staff. The Hotel located in prime location and convenient to connect all the places. Transportation is very nearby and don't need to worry.

Stayed here for 2 days. The Pearl Grand By Ratna is pretty far from Colombo airport. Its nice and cozy though.

It is located on the Galle road - great location. Rooms are very small and the carpets are visibility unclean. Internet, comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom. Slightly overpriced compared to other Pearl Grand By Ratnas/amenities in the area.

I stayed in this Pearl Grand By Ratna from 1st to 4th dec’22 on occasion of marriage in my family. I made booking via mm t and got very good deal and service. The superior double bed room size is comfortable, housekeeping is done daily, very friendly staff and yummy food.

After my stay, I realised it's a good decision. Overall, hospitality, food and location I would rate high. I would definitely repeat my stay for all my visits to Colombo. Absolutely worth and recommendable.

Great place. Good food and service. Great location. Needs more selection in alcohol and food. Aiport pick up and drop would be nice too. Nice pool and spa. A bit on the expensive side but the room was excellent. Free Wi-Fi was a nice added touch.

Good location apart from that rest all is average. Food is expensive and no good taste. Food is expensive not at par. Having said that had a very pleasant stay in the Pearl Grand By Ratna. You have better options as well.

Overall a decent stay. Room was small but clean. Buffet was better than average for the price. Location was great. Rooftop bar was perfect for watching the sunset, and made it worthwhile. I would certainly stay there again.

Location was as per the work we had inand around that area , breakfast spread was good as wella and overall all the staff were helpful
