Good 100yrs old property well maintained just near the sea shore. Good location. Clean spacious room and clean toilets with hot water shower.

The place is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of food options. There is a department store about 3 mins away and a cafe as soon as you step out of the hotel. Staff is very helpful. The place is safe. Deluxe rooms are really big. Tuk Tuks are very easily available for commuting. Overall a good stay for us.

Excellent location. Fairly priced. Nice cafes and eateries are walking distance away. The sea is a few steps away. The service can be a bit more prompt but i think i can live with that. It has a a bit of old world charm to it. With improved amenities and toiletries, the place can be perfect.

Room, bathroom, bed linen were neat and clean. Location is good. Everything you need is just in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and humble. Overall it was a nice stay. Value for money

Hotel location is very nice near to all the important places and shopping areas. Bit vintage type hotel. Deluxe rooms are very spacious. Nice staff especially we loved Mr. Andrew from the kitchen. He accompanied us in seeing the Colombo City and made us good breakfast. Overall good stay. Difficult for older pal as there is no lift- but it's OK, it has only first floor.
