Except room service everything was very poor, room was not at all clean, there was full of hair in room, and shaved hair in bathroom, we said the staffs about it, but they did not care about it

Location of the hotel is very convenient since it's in heart of the City. City center was 1 km and Galle Face Beach was at walking distance. It's a decent basic hotel. I was in Colombo only for 1 night, so it suited my requirements. Location is very good since it's near to City center. Room had basic facilities. There was noise like construction work going on. Otherwise, its a good hotel for short stay.

The room which was provided to me was three bedded room but AC was not functioning. After repeated requests, they shifted us to a room which was double bedroom and we had to stay in that room as we had no other alternative. The hotel has no restaurant but they served good and sufficient breakfast. Staff also are good.

No electricity on 28 july for whole night. No generator faculty. Restaurant did not open next day on 29 july no stool in bathroom p.

No tv, towels, toilet stationary, room service even wifi is also not recharging by the hotel authorities.
