Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Overall pretty good. Only the room lock and fan regulator were not working properly.

Food was so tasty specially bitter gourd veggies which I can’t imagine ever. At front desk we met Sindhu who was very cooperative and helpful, really appreciate his style of work and his kindness. He let us early check-in with pay extra but he provide us room immediately without doing check-in formalities because we were very tired after long drive from Colombo airport to Dhumbulla. He is very generous.

Well appointed rooms

Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous and the property looked clean overall. The food at the restaurant was a little below par and the quality of coffee and tea needs improvement.

Food quality is not so good but expensive. Supply of food is slow. Small insects fly over food. No language problem.

Good location

We stayed here for one night and the price included buffet breakfast and dinner. However there was no buffet for dinner; moreover the food price is bit expensive as compared to the amount being served for certain dishes. It is located very near to the Rock Temple and overall the experience was ok.

Average rooms with cockroaches

The hotel itself is located on the main Road, it's near the Dambulla cave temple. However it had cockroaches and the place was pretty average.

The room was not up to standards. The bathroom door lock was broken. No food spread for breakfast. Overall did enjoy much.

Apart from location, other things need improvement. It's kind of a shady place inside, though the staff is friendly and good, the services and room facilities are not upto the mark as expected.

Decent room and good beds but no hot water, disappointing bar, messy and dark swimming pool. Okay is food options but overpriced. Few staff were trying their best to keep customers happy but did not live up to expectations.

Room quality and food quality should be improved. Especially food quality was very bad and it is difficult to recommend staying at this resort.
