The property is located next to the banks of a river and is slightly away from city center(15 minutes drive. Food was great, had dinner and breakfast. The spread was good and the waiters were very helpful. The property has a good swimming pool and gymnasium. It also has room for drivers and their food is also taken care by the Cinnamon Citadel Kandy. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Right next to the river and far from the crowd, the Cinnamon Citadel Kandy offers some great opportunity to relax. The superior room was large with a balcony overlooking the river. Bathroom was also good with good quality toiletries. Bed and pillows were perfect. Two suggestions - add a bathroom slippers and make the ac more effective. Also consider adding one more charging point.

Cinnamon citadel is the right mix of comfort and quality. It’s situated next to mahaweli ganga and offers breathtaking views. We had a great time at the property. It’s also locate close to main kandy market and indian restaurant, however at night tuk tuk may charge exorbitant amount for a short distance back. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Great experience overall.

Very nice for family and couples … nice and calm river view. Good room service . Overall an awesome experience i stayed for 3 days but all the 3 days same menu for breakfast . It would be nice if u change the menu on daily basis

It was a very nice Cinnamon Citadel Kandy with very nice view. Only challenge was that it was 5 to 6 kms away from the kandy city so if you are booking uber the driver won't come
