    Stay was good. Caretaker is very nice. Hotel is little inside than main road so you cannot just walk outside to visit local cafe or shops

    Take an 10 minute TUK to Negombo beach.
    The working staff is very nice and warm hearten.

    Not worth with spent money

    Room size is very small. Location is also quite far from Negombo beach, restaurants, market. Distance from airport is almost 16 KM but cab drivers will not be ready to go this location and even if they agreed they usually ask almost expensive which is quite expensive. But at least staff understands English, so that is relief.
