This was the best villa we came across. The view from the balcony was marvelous with fog covering the lake in the morning due to rain. The room had two double bed good for family of four. Food was also good

please do yourself a favor and just book this resort. Mind-blowing view, amazing rooms and such wonderful staff. Dinner was delicious and breakfast spread was fabulous. The manager mr. Dashlan and his staff were so accommodating and helpful and genuine. The view is to die for. Please just book it and you won’t regret.

Serenus villa is a cute little villa with some fabulous view. We stayed in room #5 and had the lawn outside almost to ourselves. The staff does their best to service your requirements and we got to try some scrumptious sri lankan food. It's a little away from the main town but we were ok with that.

Excellently designed and constructed villa, with just wood and stone masonary, the entrance to the villa hits your travel senses, gives you a too good sensation and feel for your vacation mood and they host their guests with a tv room, shisha room with gym, lavishly carpeted dubai styled combination of golden ambience, and the rooms just steal your heart, with garden rooms providing an entire 3km widespread view of the gregory lake it's gardens, mountains, a bridge road, clouds, sun and rain. Walk in the garden barefoot, do yoga or set kids tent. The food service and etiquette at their restaurant is 5 star. The upper balcony rooms on the 2nd floor are triple occupancy rooms, max 4 persons can stay at extra charge for a single room. It is a must stay property in nuwara eliya and famous hindu temple sita mata temple is 4 km from the property. For any video reviews follow my name tag travelwithme vlogs.

The property was very beautiful villa, located uphill which has a very good view of the gregory lake. The staff is very humble and ready to provide you whatever you ask. The only problem the walk to the hill is little tricky you need to hire a tuktuk or get in your own cab. Overall i loved the experience at serenus.

Access to the hotel not great. Construction happening behind the building. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Rooms had mould on the walls. It’s mold due to dampness

It is just a budget hotel. However, the view is decent. You can see the gregory lake from here. Book it for location not for luxury
