Wonderful stay. Courteous staff. Good location. Good food. Charged 2 euro for umbrella which is not fair.

It was wonderful stay at novotel geneva city centre. The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from the railway station and the bus depot. The shopping areas, geneva jet fountain, and flower clock all are at walking distance from here. There are hundreds of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Enjoyed the stay. The hotel is well equipped with all amenities and the staff quite proficient. Thanks

Everything is good but charging 100CHF from credit card as a security and even after 2 days I still not received my 100CFH back.

Check in was very smooth and people at reception were very responsive and committed
