Good hotel with okay facilities

The ibis Luzern Kriens is located in Kriens but very near to public transport. The breakfast spread was good. The welcome desk staff was kind enough to explain the direction to public transport when we asked them. The room was quite okay however the bed was not dusted properly by the cleaning staff. Also lacked toiletries and hand towels in the bathroom. The shower cubicle was too small for even one person to bend down while applying soap. The breakfast spread was good and the lady in the breakfast area was very sweet and prompt. It is truly a budget ibis Luzern Kriens okay for stay only at night.

The stay was very pleasant and the guy mr alexandra at the front desk was superhelpful. He was working as receptionist, bell boy to store the luggage, room service etc. The room was clean and tidy. Washroom could have been a little bigger but was clean. Hotel is 10-20 mins away from the city but had good connectivity.

Overall the stay was good. Room was nice with a mountain view. But breakfast options were very limited. Also, it’s a bit far from railway station, around 10 mins walk. It’s not exactly in luzern, we have a take a train and travel two more stops to reach the ibis Luzern Kriens.

The stay was good and room size was decent for 3 people (2 adult and one 4 year old kid. They can also provide you kettle and special 3 pin adapter at a deposit of 20 francs each, which was helpful. Staff was also very nice, thus all in all a good experience.

This ibis Luzern Kriens is good enough if you get it at the right price. Since all ibis Luzern Krienss in lucerne are very expensive this is a good compromise between price and location. Facilities and rooms are ok.

The ibis Luzern Kriens was neat and clean, the location is just 20 minutes from lucerne station and easily accessible by bus and train. There is not much to do near ibis Luzern Kriens. Rooms were little smaller.
