    Nice location but was missing sugar and coffee packets. Checkin is at a separate place which is 5 mins away which might be a problem for some.

    Reception staff ms. Ana is very rude and check in is half kilometer away, she say we sent mail in 3 languages, but never rcvd

    At the time of check-in there was issue as no one was there for check-in formalities and on calling they asked to come at different resort (alpine resort) to complete the formalities.
