place is nearby Zurich Oerlikon - And its just a 5 min walk even with large suitcases. Place has everything youd need for an overnighter. Reception staff are very friendly.

groupThe staff of this hotel is not at all courteous, they are the pathetic. Once I had ever seen in my life and rest of others as well I had given them a key to clean my room but when I came back it was not clean. I approached reception and staff member was there, he said I can give you bed sheets and towels, you do at your own. I had never seen like this in this industry and specially this type of expensive hotel as they charge high amount per night. On Sunday evening they have nothing to serve in food which is a very shocking! So please don't waste your hard earned money on this pathetic hotel otherwise the ambiance and aroma was nice! but staff was very disrespectful and pathetic!
