I have visited Zurich along with my family as part of our Switzerland trip. The Ibis hotel is an excellent place to stay with all modern amenities. The hotel is little away from the main city but walkable distance from the tram station (Fern studio). From the main Zurich railway station it takes around 20 mins. As such Switzerland has a great network of public transport.

The properties location was good since it was walking distance from the tram station. The food was just average. Just a basic very small room was provided with no amenities. The staff was quite uncooperative regarding giving out any help or advice. Was not very happy with my stay.

I had booked hotel in zurich and paid before the deadline, once i reached, hotel denied my checkin stating book not confirmed. I contacted make my trip twice but useless, they just made me to wait for 5-6 hours in reception and by end of the day they dint responded. Even after day they couldn’t manage the booking.

Great staff but location far away from city center

The staff is really helpful but the place is very difficult to find even while using google maps we were going here & there for at-least half an hour. Rooms are super small as is expected from any ibis hotel. Nearest tram is at-least 10 mins walk.
