Mercure Zurich City

Location was good, Near to train station. paid car parking was available. Room was spacious and clean.

Great experience, good rooms , nice hospitality, supporting staff Only drawback is they don’t have options for veg customers. Except food for vegetarian everything is awesome Thanks for providing such a great experience. Hope they add some good food options for vegetarian customer in their food menu

The hotel is at a great location. Food options are limited. Room is good and right in the city center.

Its very close to main train station of zurich but still quite area, neet and perfect size of room and wash room. The only thing we missed is a provision of electrical cattle for tea. Coffee.

Friendly staff, large and clean rooms, great sound proofing. 5 min walk to the train station and another 5 min train ride to the city center. There is a supermarket near by. A kettle with tea coffee supplies was the only thing i missed. Check 3pm checkout 10am

I was staying in a Superior Standard room and it was very spacious. The pictures and facilities mentioned on MakeMyTrip were exactly the same as I got them. The bathroom was decent but could be the best if it could be a little more spacious. The hotel is just 250m away from Zurich Altstätten station which was very convenient to travel across at all the places. Hotel has Coop store within so it was very convenient to get ready to each food and wine at much better prices. I totally enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend others.

The rooms are good and has very good connectivity to bus and train station. The room did not have hot water kettle
