    The property is located in a central location with good connectivity to public transport and supermarkets. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. However, the property lacks air conditioning and some guests found the rooms to be small. The property is near to many cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is expensive and the taxes charged at checkout were confusing for some guests. Overall, a decent property for a comfortable stay in Zurich.
