Close to a tram station that connects with the city centre. Rooms and washrooms are clean and the amenities are what you expect in a budget hotel. Breakfast spread can be improved.

I don't know why it is 1 star hotel. Typical ibis room, nice breakfast, amazing location, very near to station and right opposite the tram stop.

Hotel is 15 mins by tram from zurich hb. Hotel is nice, staff is cooperative but rooms are very small

Good compact room, sufficient for a single user. Hotel has kettle, microwave oven in the dining area. Accessible to zurich main station either by walk or tram

This is a budget hotel so don't expect great service. There are no intercoms in the rooms and the rooms are very small. Location is very close to tram station and trains station which is great. Just 15 minutes from the airport with direct train connectivity.

The hotel is at a very good location for a tourist. 20 mins by walk and 10 mins by tram from the main Zurich station. Rooms are clean and tidy but very small, it's ok if you just want the room to sleep after a tiring day outside. It should also be taken into consideration that it is a budget hotel so rooms would be small. The only issue I found was with the toilet seat which was high enough for short people and not recommended for elders or people with knee problems. The toilet and bathroom are separate with no locks. The bathroom door is half-transparent. I think it wouldn't be appreciated by an Indian family. The hotel staff is helpful and also you have enough breakfast options from fruits to different bread.

This ibis budget hotel is tiny and not suitable for family travellers. The cost is high but in the room you can’t keep a single luggage box.

As the name suggests, it's a budget hotel, they did everything from their side to keep it like a budget stay. Small rooms, no kettle or dryer in room, no toiletries. Only shower gel cum body wash, 2 towels, 1 bed that's all. But the reception response and service are 5*
