A truly comfortable stay in ibis z uric

The rooms were spacious and well lit with all the required amenities present. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options to choose from. The service was great. The wifi was not working initially, they promptly changed the room. The staff always carried a polite smile and took care of every request. We felt safe and the hygiene was also good. We had a great experience and will definitely come back.

Location is great its about to 10 minutes from the main station, staff is friendly, breakfast is great have much options for all. Room is very comfy but only issue i face is about the air conditioning its not working properly may be due to summer season. Rest of all is amazing.

Medium size elegant room very neat and clean. Even bathrooms are upto the mark. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My son’s wheelchair wheels got loose and staff helped me with tools to fix it very much appreciated

Waking distance from zurich hb train station. The staff was very polite and helpful. Neat and clean rooms. Do recommend for both family and friends.

The ibis styles hotel in zurich is centrally located and the room was very comfortable. It had good breakfast options as well. Overall a great stay.

The stay at the ibis style zurich city centre was amazing and relaxing the hotel has its own little market to buy the stuff. Along with that the rooms are super good and cozy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a convenient location made for a comfortable stay. Yes, the rooms are cramped. But one pretty much knows that when one books at an ibis. It’s no frills (no shaving kit, comb, dental kit, no kettle in room, but efficient. They have a running coffee/ tea facility at the reception. Location is good, a brisk 10-15 minute walk from that main train station makes it convenient for tourists. The main coach terminal is also a short pleasant walk. Overall a good experience if one knows what the ibis deal is all about.

The staff are excellent and the rooms are very clean. I am still a little confused about their ac and cooling system. They need to do something on that.

Clean and well organised. But super tiny rooms with bad architectural design. Wash basin in the open, bath transparent and wc without water. No kettle so no tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast is decent.
Property located close to Central Railway station, Food was average .. room size was small and no complementary daily water and no coffee machine in room…

While the ibis style zurich city centre was centrally located, however the service and room cleaning was very-very average. Out of the 7days i stayed there, bed sheets and bedding was never changed, in fact on one day my room wasn’t even cleaned at all. Thanks dr rajiv chhibber

Ok. There should be more options on breakfast especially for vegetarians. The rooms were ok. Location is good. Also more food options should be added in dinner

Hotel was average but big disappointment that no ac available and i asked them so they are telling this is law of switzerland and we can provide you small fan which was very funny to me. Btw it seemed that this complaint is repeated from all guests even i advised the hotel manager which was polite that they should mention that there is no ac in rooms otherwise again an again complaints will come
