Review Of Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport

Did not expect such poor service from a reputed chain of hotels like Radisson. The AC was not working, the room was hot as a furnace, no one helped fixing it or changing the room despite requesting. The room was dirty right from sheets to wash basin, there was at least 2 layers of dust collected on every nook and corner of the room. Poor stay! The staff, except for 1 lady, the rest were unprofessional, did not respond and showed attitude.

Poor connectivity to city, center staff not friendly, also breakfast options are not good. Breads were not good, they also don't refill things quickly. Rooms were dirty, found spiders in rooms.

Ok experience. Rooms are very small. Basically it’s a budget hotel. Proximity to airport is amazing. Cleanliness can be improved. McDonald’s is in hotel itself. The view from restaurant is to die for. Direct airport runway view

Two Radisson hotels. This one is Location is long I.e. behind airport and takes 10 mins to reach after getting the periodic free shuttle. However they charge to Return by shuttle to the airport. Rooms are clean but appears quite old with furniture and the fittings. Radisson Blu is close to the airport.

It was a fantabulous stay, it has complimentary one way shuttle from the airport. It runs every 20 minutes

rooms were okay. washrooms felt like i was on a train. location is close to the airport. free airport shuttle is only for 1 side not both sides. no room service.

Our stay was good but the information about the hotel location is not correct , at time of booking it said near to 250 mtr to city center but actually it was not, one good thing about this hotel that Rümlang train station is only 8 min walks

The staff was visibly rude between the French people & Indian. Also there was an reception attended Mr Albert His colleague very loudly called us and said “Hey take your luggage with you” There was no abbreviation used, however there was a French / non Indian man standing on reception with whom he was evidently very sweet and politie Never thought Indians are this badly discriminated and treated Probably these people need to someday visit India and learn hospitality

It was a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities and close to the airport. Free airport shuttle greatly helped as well.

Decent hotel incase you want to stay near the airport. We stayed there for a day and public transport is easily accessible right in front of the hotel.

Nice location and hospitality ......just across the street one has Aldi and Migros within the property one can have Mc Donald’s

It was very nice stay , room was spacious and clean , near to airport and train station . Loved staying here

Stay was good, close to airport. Check in was smooth. Decent fecilities. Mc Donald’s is beside, which helps to get a quick meal. Well connected with tram and buses..

rooms were neat and clean. Front desk was very helpful. hotel upgraded my room to airport in request.

It was a good hotel according to EU standard and conveniently located for airport in Zurich . Good hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall experience is average to good. There were some issues faced by me. The shower was leaking. Plus the front office person manning the evening/night shift was not courteous. He appeared to have an attitude.
