Anantara - a FRIEND in a foreign country - May'16

I am happy that I chose my stay here. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPING. We were on a last minute trip with no planning but the tour guide at the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort GENUINELY guided us to the right & differently tour package. Free ferry shuttle service is a big PLUS. Food, room, pool, mall - everything is value for money. Already recommended to our family members. Coming back again :)
Overcrowded Hotel

While the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is in a beautiful location, the fact that it's often booked for Indian weddings makes it overcrowded, which was a surprise for us. The staff is very friendly but have to work harder to cope with the guest volume and hence delays in service happen. Room was fine but bathroom had a shower leak problem. Spa is very good, excellent service.

Well this is a resort and I truly loved their hospitality, it is an experience, this is the value for money, the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort one must stay in if you are at leisure. Get the experience, they offer you a mobile with which 10 country calling is free they offer free shuttle boot, they do not have no for anything that is what a traveller requires.

Relaxing atmosphere with riverside view near BKK city center. There is shuttle boat service between Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and sathorn pier saphan taksin). Great room with good facilities. Small shopping mall with many restaurants is very near from Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort.

Loved the complimentary boat shuttle to Asiatic pier. Superb property and very good ambience. Excellent service in restaurants and cafe. Breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect. Swimming is in good condition with jacuzzi facility. Nice big maintained a property. Had a wonderful stay.

Not very happy with the services, rest all was good. Room was also good but nothing very great. Breakfast by the river was good experience. Would recommend but don't go with too high hopes. Probably lacks in service when compared to other 5 star Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resorts.

The rooms were well designed for couple's stay. Very cleanly maintained, wide spread, riverside and calm. The memorable breakfast with unlimited dishes of all desires. Staff, room service and management is highly appreciable. This is really great experience.

Good location, river boat to asiatique breakfast. Rooms everything was so good. Only negative was the distance from city centre. Hotel is at least 1 hr drive from city centre. Water at restaurant was available on charge.

Rest is perfectly fine apart from reception people. Rude, unkind and least bothered people. Breakfast is amazing, location is perfect, not much thing to do in a resort but still a good property to visit.

We stayed 3 nights (left mid-night of the third). Everything about the stay was just amazing. Will surely recommend everyone to stay here. The river shuttle was memorable, pool & Market restaurant just outstanding. The experience in the Spa was great.
