Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit

Location was the best party of this property. Needless to say this is just the place you want under budget. Mart and sort is under waking distance. “dakshin” indian resturant is inside the building which serves decent food. If your breakfast is not included in the plan you can have the same by paying 200 thb per person. Checkin is at 2 pm however if they have rooms they will provide you early checkin at 500 thb, i don’t know it was with me or they only provide the rooms at 11am or 12 noon for early checkin after getting additional amount from guests. But as we were tired so we opted to pay and rest in our room. They have gym and pool at the top floor which is a plus for anyone staying. We stayed for 2 nights and it was songkran festival, the entire lane/soi was extremely busy playing water fights.

Quite peaceful and located opposite em-sphere mall. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises which is a good thing as there is a marijuana dispensary and lounge right next to the entrance. It is also the centre around which Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvits like marriot, carlton, holiday inn are within 200 meters. Connectivity is excellent and tuktuks, taxis, can be found at the gate or booked through taxi apps. Rooms are large and comfortable and surprisingly low cost. The pool is small but good for a private party. The gym seemed dated at a glance but i did not get the time to enter. Overall it is one of the best Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvits in this budget for short or long stays. Staff is courteous and reception is never late to answer the telecom or get anything fixed as requested.

The Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit itself is centrally located .. it's bang opposite the emsphere mall, which has IKEA too 😊 They allowed early check-in, and gave me grace for 2 hrs to check-out. However, there was no good warm water for the shower. The shower was painfully slow, and warm water wasn't there. After a hot day out, one wants a good refreshing bath, but not to be. Though everything else was nice, the water was a spoilsport. Breakfast spread was also not that great. Everything was cold 🙄 Eggs (both omelette and fried eggs were dry) .. the milk for coffee/tea & cornflakes was low fat 😬 But everything else was great.

The property is situated at a good location. Mall, metro, restaurant are situated at a walking distance. So cowboy, nana plaza is at a walking distance of about 1-2 km. There are no. Of the massage center and small bar you'll find just outside the Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit. On the terrace, sauna bath, gym, swimming pool is there. Although the cost is slightly higher, but it is worth it. Also various restaurants, shopping stores are situated at a walkable distance. This Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit is mostly preferred by indians as a number of indian restaurants are present nearby to this Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit.

5. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit. Everything about the Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Its a great property and very safe for families. I had booked in bangkok palace Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit first but on checkin i found the property to be very old and worn out and full of negative energies. On comparison this is a much much better Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit and wud definitely recommend anyone who is coming with his family to stay here. Overall it was a great stay

The Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit is located at sukhumvit road and is accessible to sky train and bus station. Staff members don't know much english, but with google translator they manage to speak and make us understand. We had to use sky train and the staff wrote the station names. Food served was good too. Over all we liked the place, stay and food.

The Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit is right in the heart of sukhumvit and right infront of the em-sphere mall. Clean and spacious room and definitely the best choice for budget Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvits with good value for money in sukhumvit. Staff is friendly and helpful with plenty of groceries, restaurants and gyms around.

It was a nice property at a low price in bangkok. No indian restaurant available nearby. The pool of this property is the worst however staff were very supportive.

Location of Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit is good but front is small in width and not visible. Once we enter then it is as regular Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit. Food quality is good. Staff was supportive.

Has been a good experience. Hotel needs a makeover. Bang opposite one of the happening new malls of bangkok was nice to know!
