Lovely stay and property with helpful staff

I had amazing one night stay at holiday inn sukhumvit. Smooth checkin nand checkout. Receptionist honored our request of good view room and connecting 2 rooms of ours. Lovely rooms with all amenities provided and even provided extra amenities when asked. Housekeeping staff was kind and smiling. Cosy environment. Staff at concierge were very helpful with assisting for cabs etc without even us asking them. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and delicious. Great variety. Overall i enjoyed my stay and love to visit again thanks

The hospitality and kindness of the staff is beyond outstanding. The check in and check out was really smooth( thanks to the courteous staff. During lunch on one of the days, i realised there were no chicken options(i'm a hindu and don't eat pork/beef, i just casually mentioned it to one of the staff at the zeta restaurant. After 10 mins, the waiter comes to our table with freshly cooked chicken. The gesture was so sweet and i really want to thank the staff at zeta.

Situated in the heart of sukumvit and walking distance from the ask buts station and mart sukumvit station, the location of this Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit is undoubtedly superb! also it’s just next to thonglor which is the party place in bangkok. The staff is quite helpful and understands english which is a big plus. The rooms are neat and clean and has a good view of you get the road facing room. However don’t expect a luxury experience.

Nice Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit. Nice location. Have been to Bangkok many times but found this Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit as good as other 5 star properties. I have been to. Will definitely visit again. The breakfast served is good for vegetarians as well and the service is excellent.

Very polite and accommodating staff. Fantastic location. The buffet breakfast has a huge spread. Only drawback I could find was the delay in the housekeeping staff in making up the bed the next day, probably as the Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit was quite fully booked during that period.

We stay at 18th floor. In floor lobby too much hot AC is not working. Check in process too much take time. Food is okay. Overall good experience not excellent. Location is excellent. So many options are available on this road so please try and find out good options.
