Indra Regent Hotel

This Indra Regent Hotel is a part of indra square, a very famous mall in Bangkok. I stayed in this Indra Regent Hotel for 1 night with my friends. Directly you can access in to the mall from this Indra Regent Hotel. A very convenient Indra Regent Hotel to stay if you have to do a lots of shopping. The Platinum mall and Palladium mall is just a short walk of 5 to 7 minutes. Pratunam market is even nearer. I would recommend this Indra Regent Hotel to all who want to stay close to shopping areas. Rooms and well designed but bit old style. Lennins are very clean and neat. Indian vegetarian breakfast is not at all available. We had to manage with just bread butter and fruits. Overall I would tell this is an above average place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay with this Indra Regent Hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. I really liked the toiletries provided in the Bath, the body wash and shampoo were nice. Rooftop breakfast was a breath of fresh air to stimulate you for a day of romping on Bangkok streets. The staff was very cordial. I accidentally forgot my watch in the room and checked out, I realized my missing watch after one hour and wrote an email to the front desk. And guess what! I received my watch back wrapped carefully in an envelope. Thank you so much Indra Regent Hotel Indra. I really appreciate your gesture. Only thing is they ask for 100usd as security whereas every other Indra Regent Hotel asks only 1000 baht.

If you're a breakfast person like me there aren't many options for me to eat other than an omelet in the morning with toast and probably some of the most underwhelming coffee of my life. I don't say it to be rude. Only to help future guests improve their breakfast experience. The pancakes were cold, the french toast wasn't anything wow and was usually cold and soggy, and everything else was more of Thai breakfast like fried rice and boiled chicken which is something I personally would never consume for breakfast. All in all, a beautiful room, clean facilities, helpful staff, and within walking distance of good markets. But breakfast, someone please help these guys.

The Indra Regent Hotel is in a very nice location. Lots of places nearby to shop like crazy. BTS is within a walking distance. An old lady at the reception was very rude. She literally shouted at us asking to wait beyond check-in time to get the room. We waited an hour and a half before the check-in time and were asked to wait thirty more minutes. We were finally given another room. Didn't expect to wait to post the check-in time when you sit at the lobby for so Long prior to that. They should definitely better their service.

Location is really good. Specially for a shopaholic like me. Restaurants around Indra Regent Hotel is very good. Night markets and early morning markets are near this Indra Regent Hotel. You can find plenty of foot massage parlours. Around this Indra Regent Hotel, in Indira square you can do shopping till late. My only request for one or two Indian vegetarian dishes in the menu for breakfast. Thank you.

We, three adults, reached early in the morning at around 8 AM. But the lady at the reception kept us waiting until 11:30 AM citing the reason that check-in time is 12:00 PM. We asked her whether the room was still occupied by other guests for which she was not allowing us to check-in. She replied that it is vacant. So, she unnecessarily kept us waiting in the reception for 3 and 1/2 hrs.

Indra regent Indra Regent Hotel is excellent. Great ambiance. The location is excellent, very close to the markets in Pratunam. Platinum mall and Indra Square is at a walkable distance. The wifi is not free here. You have to pay charges which are high and is a bad thing. The breakfast buffet is not in the favour of Indians. I have to rely on fruits and cornflakes only.

Hotel location is very good near shopping. Value for money. All activities like shopping is near. Wholesale market also near. Platinum Mall, Computer City, Big C are at a walking distance. Water ferry is also near by Indra Regent Hotel, just 200 meters. Near Platinum mall, Indian restaurants are all near by like the famous Tazza Food Indian Restaurant.

Location is excellent for indian tourist. Our suggestion to management, 1. Add some more items in breakfast for vegetarians, 2. Give WiFi Facility to all instead of charging separately, better to include in room tariff it will not hurt the tourist. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Its good near by beachand all site seen near by the Indra Regent Hotel surrounding people are good and supportive good palace to visit with family friends group and conference purpose The Indra Regent Hotel is located in pratunam area on the Indira market. It should be improved in terms of cleanings and service satisfaction for the customers

Best location for travelers interested in shopping. It's an old property. Good size rooms. Has McDonald's. Starbucks. KFC. And other food outlets. Indian restaurants are aplenty in the area.

Indra is situated right in between the shopping area and malls as well. Very conveniently located. Can take Airport Rail link and reach within 45 mins from airport or else by taxi takes 90 mins to reach. Very good Indra Regent Hotel.
