Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is in a very prime location, easily accessible to all major attractions in Bangkok. You can find loads of restaurants, bars and other entertainment joints within 5-10 mins of walking distance. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 offers very comfortable and affordable luxury accommodation. The front desk staff are very friendly and courteous. The check-in was a very smooth process. My room AC had a small problem it was too cool and the temperature was not getting controlled. When I informed the service team, immediately they sent a technician and it was sorted out within 5 mins. The breakfast in the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is the highlight. It has got a very expansive spread with a very good variety. Had a great experience in my stay there for 2 days. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again when I visit Bangkok the next time.

The Hotel lives up to its reputation being an Accor Group Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. But it's located within the business and corporate area of Sukhumvit, helpful for people staying for work and corporate meets but not too good for tourists. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 does provide free drop offs to the nearest BTS but at certain intervals of course. Quite a long walk to the main road and tourist hubs in Sukhumvit. This area gets quite secluded at night because it's mostly surrounded by offices and residential properties. The breakfast menu stays almost the same everyday and honestly expected better from such a property. Small Tip - Try staying closer to BTS stations and the main road, Sukhumvit 18 and lower numbers are better. Traffic is insane at Sukhumvit and Siam areas post afternoon. Walking and taking the BTS (SKY TRAIN) is way faster.

We liked the location of the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 at the heart of Bangkok in Sukumvit. Malls, massage parlor and restaurants were well within walking distance. Rooms were clean and well maintained. However, missing a few toiletries such as conditioner and body lotion.
The bathroom was not well equipped and was missing conditioner and body lotion. There was less drawer shelf space in the room. Else the room was very clean and well maintained.

The staff was kind with nice hospitality. Room was clean and neatly maintained. Breakfast buffet was just okay to be a typical 4 star accommodation. However, the one thing unsatisfactory was water pressure of shower. The water was almost dripping and somewhat lacking to feel refreshed after taking showers. Can't tell if the specific room had such problem.
The room was neatly maintained and had a suitable size for two adults to stay in.

The service, food, location everything was so perfect and excellent. The desk clerk/concierge were really sweet and helpful, they took really good care of us, from booking taxi to everything and made sure we are safe wherever we go. The commissionaire were nice. Also the chambermaid was really good. I am gonna stay here again when I am in Bangkok. Also loved the swimming pool, it is attached with bar and gym and has a great view.

The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is clean and nicely decorated . The rooms are large and very nice beds and pillows . I really like the soap they give at this Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 . The staff is friendly and the service is fast. All requests are handled promptly .

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 for 4 glorious nights in a stunning room and ate delicious food. Front desk was very helpful during our stay, special mention to Ms. Nanny for being so polite, patient, sorted all my queries, went above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. Would definitely recommend this Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 with such a good staff.

The room had a good view to the amusement park. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is a 10 min walk from the metro station and its quite accessible with a lot of shops and eats outs around. Hotel services were top class and the room was maintained really well. The washrooms were well stocked. Its a value for money 5 star accommodation that you wouldn't want to miss if youre at Bangkok.

The location is very convenient. Staff is courteous, friendly and ready to help. Room was good. Shuttle service was available to drop to Asok station and Terminal 21 in Sukhumvit. On the whole a great experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and very well furnished. It is located within 10 min walk of Ask BTS. They also provide free shuttle service to the station. I would definitely come back to this Hotel.

The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is in the city centre very close to brt and close to all famous places. The breakfast provided was good. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and alternative.

Nice place .. Good staff .. Good interior and infinity pool is the highlight point. Morning break fast was good but was almost same all day. Hotel location is good. Dining was very expensive so we had to skip.
