PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok

Excellent comfortable stay in one of the main areas of Bangkok.
We stayed in Phachara Suites Sukhumvit from one February to eight February 2019. The suite consisted of a comfortable sitting room with AC, TV, dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a large fried freezer, a large wardrobe with clothe hangers, a washing machine with detergent powder, a cloth drier stand, an ironing table with electric iron, a hair drier, a large bed room with comfy mattress and pillows. A TV and AC, drinking water, towels and toiletries were replenished expeditiously. The towels and bed linens were spotlessly clean. The swimming pool on the eight floor was well maintained with adequate supply of clean towels. The front desk and travel desk staff were courteous and helpful. The location of Phachara Suites Sukhumvit is excellent within 3 minutes walking distance of Nana Station on the BTS skyline. I would love to stay in Phachara Suites Sukhumvit again, when I visit Bangkok in future.

Everything was good but the service was average I didn't use much facilities so cannot comment on that yes but one thing I found very weird that on my check out day my card was blocked near 10 am while check out was 12 when I enquired they said just a reminder that you have a check out at 12 I did find it very weird and rude as they have a practice to send a letter in the room of checkout a day before and again they blocked the card. I had to face really difficult as I was out of PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok at 10 so when I came back I went to the room I tried my keys but didn't open again I have to go down reactivate my keys again come back and open the room the procedure took 20 mins. Otherwise all was OK.

We checked in on 21st Aug evening. Front desk cleared the formalities without making us to wait but the bell man refused to carry the luggages to the room with rude manner. That is the only fault we found on the whole 2 days stay. Breakfast was good especially on second day, surprisingly Poori and chenna was there. Wi Fi is also good. Spa was costly. Pool was ok. Great room, double value for money. On the day of checking out we asked for 2 hours late check out. The receptionist with a smiling face said ok. We checked out by 2nd kept the luggages there. Returned back by 5.30, that time another bell man received us with smile and showed us the rest room and offered shower if we need. Go Phachara Suits.

I stayed in the PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok for 13 nights. Hotel is located in vicinity to Nana BTS, 2 minutes walk, thus well connected to public transport. Area nearby is safe for late evening walks, very near to Lumbini Park. Lots of local and economic food options nearby. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly and English speaking. Breakfast is having limited options, but all in all it serves the purpose when you are in morning rush. I totally recommend this PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok for family or individual stays. And thanks to PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok Phachara for my pleasant stay.

Walkable to bts nana. Packed with middle eastern tourists. Lower floors can be noisy. There is a construction happening on one side of the PARKROYAL Suites Bangkoks neighbouring property. Ask a room at higher floor facing front of the PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok. Rooms ending with number 2 (412, 512 ...) Are weird shamelessly smoking rooms). We shifted to 1613 later. Some room toilets are with out partition from dry and wet areas and the whole bathroom gets wet, problem is the tiles used in dry areas are like smooth marble.

Location is very near to Nana BTS station. So commuting to anywhere in Bangkok is easy. Also other shopping centers are very close to this location. Also a Tip for Indian traveller who don't like to eat local thai food, all the indian restraunts are nearby at walking distance including one pure veg restraint. Staff is very friendly and helping Rooms are amazing with all amenities you need in an studio. Cleanliness is great I am definitely going to visit again

One of the great PARKROYAL Suites Bangkoks in Sukhumvit Area in Bangkok. Location is little on the inside from the main road and is close to Nana area (Red light area). Will not recommend for family and kids . . Apart from location all is awesome. Hotel, rooms, services, price. We got Deluxe studio rooms and they were big, awesome with all amenities. We didn't book breakfast so don't know how was the breakfast. Hotel and rooms were clean.

Though in a crowded area if travelling by taxi, the location is close to the Nana BTS. Enough eateries and convenient stores right at the doorstep. They charged an amount as deposit and said that it would be refunded during check out which was unnecessary and inconvenient. The swimming pool was deep and did not have a kiddie pool.
We liked that there was a washing machine and detergent also placed in the room.

It was really an awesome experience. Hotel staff very co operative, location is outstanding, delicious food, rooms are spacious, etc. In short words, the overall experience was very good.

Every thing is good. They can expand the restaurant menu. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality good. Location wise good, very close to nightlife. In room dining is till 10. 30pm. It would be better if they could provide 24 hours room service

Very good PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok for those who want to stay in Sukhumvit, Very polite staffs, nice breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. Walkable distance to MRT station. A good PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok with high standards. I will stay again during my future trips and also recommend others who are looking for a decent PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok.

It Worth more than what I paid for. Located near Nana sky train Station. Very friendly staff.

Checked in on the last leg of my journey in Thailand. The room was awesome. To accommodate my specific requests, I was even upgraded to a room suiting my taste. They were very cooperative and made the stay worthwhile.

The place is good for stay, especially for family. Lots of 7/11 stores nearby. All essential amenities provided. Friendly staff.

Great location and very near to Nana Plaza. Rooms are quite big and the facilities provided are fantastic like iron board, washing machine cum dryer, etc. Food is excellent. The reception staff are very smart and friendly and they are ready to help you with a smile.
