Hotel was really in a good location and was clean. Hotel staffs behaviour was superb. They had provided us with whatever we wanted. If you want to use public transport to roam around in bangkok, it is easily available near the Citin Sukhumvit 11 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality, mots is very near to the Citin Sukhumvit 11 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality. Excellent connectivity.

It was a good experience specially 3 ladies at the reception during day time manager waramay bj but the night shift person he was not at all decent and very rude and for example he use to reply ( i don’t care ) and was not at all polite and i hope people take up this matter and he should be removed as he is the only person at night and there should be new person

Hotel was at good location near nana bts sky train station and nana plaza. There was a good indian restaurant nearby named amritsr. Early check in was chargeable but it was okay. Overall good experience with the stay and specially with staff there.
