Great, big rooms. Nice living room. We will definitely repeat my stay here while in Bangkok.

Everything was excellent. We were 3 families took 3 rooms . Location, rooms, staff, Pool, gym everything was superb. And the main part is it as a kitchen. Great hospitality.

Good place to stay for holiday. Good room and service. Located centre of the city and walkable distance to malls. Good food and rooms are good. Stayed along with family and they enjoyed the room and location. Free shuttle service to Sky train station.

Stayed for 2 days with my husband and 5 year old. Hotel is well located. Nearby to shopping streets, sky train terminal, malls and restaurants. Hotel provided shuttle service to nearby sky train. We had a night flight. They gave us a late check out (till 1. 30 Pm after multiple request) which most hotels do give. Breakfast was not 5 star standard as they claim. When you say you're a 5 star Residence hotel you should have breakfast that is global and not just from your region. After all not everyone would have a thaw palette. The tub in the bathroom was not functioning properly. Shower pressure was fluctuating. No plug in for coffee maker in kitchen. We had to make it over the dressing table. Services like Airport drop was thrice the price compared to a cab, so plus opt for a grab cab instead. Overall the stay was just ok.
