Superb hotel for transit purpose. Very neat property with luxurious interiors, prompt shuttle, courteous staff. They also have timing flexibility for early and late checkins.

The hotel staff made it easy for me. Airport pickup and drop was provided. The room was amazing. And complimentary local beers and snacks daily. The staff was co-operative and the thai massage as 1200 tbh but was worth. Will visit again!

Great place for an Bangkok Airport stopover

We used this hotel as a stopover when transiting through Bangkok and this was a lovely decision. The staff were warm lovely. They have great promotions including an upgrade to the higher floors at a nominal cost with complimentary lounge and late checkout which made it very convenient to stay over here. They have an airport pickup service every 30 minutes or so and its just 15 minutes away. There is one main restaurant and the pool was nothing great. The lobby has a nice bar with live music. There is nothing much in the vicinity so if you need to do last minutes shopping you have a large mall about 15-20 minutes away. The decor colours are pink throughout based on the Amaranth flower and is a nice bright shade.

We booked it because we had an early morning flight the next day. Was not as close to the Airport as I had hoped, but was the best we could find. Staff was very good as they are in lost hotels in Bangkok. Room was nice and spacious. Everything was proper clean.

The hotel was awesome and all the staffs were very cooperative. They also provided us a free bud shuttle from the airport to the hotel vice versa. The only problem, it is away from Bangkok and there is no place to visit except malls. If you want to go somewhere then you need to taxi on rent. It is very costly Moreover, it was wonderful to experience.

I loved my stay at Best Western Amaranth Hotel. The staff is very courteous ... The rooms are spacious with all good amenities ... Washrooms are also very nicely planned .. The room has mini bar, for premiere rooms the mini bar is free .. Premiere rooms also have access to premiere lounge with free snacks and fruits .. The hotel provides free shuttle from and to airport. Advance booking is suggested. I had early morning flight, so hotel gave me packed breakfast to carry. Check in and checkout process was super fast .. Will love to stay again here ..

Everything was great from the room to the service, except they took advance of 2000 TBH for just a 1 night stay, even though we booked 2 months in advance with full payment. Please trust your guests, no one travels 2000 miles to run away leaving their luggage and 10 day trip ahead to avoid paying for breakfast or a drink. The hotel is otherwise great and has helpful staff.

All Great.. Service and Good very good. Free airport Shuttle every 30 min. Location is far from City.. Rest all is good.. Recommend this hotel if you plan for some business or airport transfers.. And also for it's good service.

I stayed during my stop over from Kuala Lumpur. They offered free pick up from Airport. Very courteous staff. They have travel desk which offer personalised tour to city. Gym, spa, restaurant is good.

Courteous front office staff. Location close to airport but quite a distance from any attractions in the city. Pleasant stay. Airport shuttle service is very convenient every 30 mins service. Hotel staff Willcocks meter taxi and don't forget to carry hotel card. It helps to catch a taxi back to hotel as not many taxi drivers speak even little English.

We stayed at amaranth suwarnabhumi on our final night in bangkok due to its proximity to the airport - it is a 20-30 minute drive on a good day. They offer a shuttle pickup from and to the airport every one hour. Very convenient too. The premises of the hotel is very beautiful. Views not so much. Area around the airport is not that great - lots of industries and what looked like housing for the under privileged. Our room overlooked the airport in the distance, which was good - flights take off and land every 2-3 minutes. You can hear flights on and off but it doesn’t get in the way of sleep. Our room, a non-smoking one, was comfortable. Our request for an extra bed for our daughter was taken into account ahead of our checkin. We had comfy beds and lots of space in the room. There are warnings of mosquitoes if you leave the balcony door open. So do take care to keep it closed at all times. The tub in the bathroom is great for a long soak. They didn’t leave much in terms of bath foam, shower gel but i think i can live with that. The room had cobwebs, that i was uncomfortable with - especially when you call yourself a 5 star hotel, cleaning cobwebs is basic. Food was good too. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast spread was average for vegetarians. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
