I had been this hotel twice. Its a 4 star hotel located near khaosan road, bangkok. Hotel amenitoes are excellent as well as the management is fabulous. Staffs are polite and helpful. Ambiance of the resort is electrifying. Hope to be there again in my next trip.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a nice stay and that staff's behavior left a positive impression on me. Room was comfortable and hygienic. Swimming pool was ultimate spa like sound effects.

Over all good experience. Only prob was even the manager cannot communicate in english except his robotic fed memory on way informations.
