Very nice stay in hotel emerald super hospility feel like india location also good nice breakfast nearly good feel room very clean and linen very good reception deposit 2000 bhat this is not good reception staff don't know english so little bit issue because they are talking in thai language roof top swiming pool very clean

Rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. Avoid italian food such as pizza. As it was not upto expectation. Overall wonderful stay and very warm and quick service

Perfectly located hotel. Very limited option for vegetarians despite 3 fine restaurants. Hotel staff quite supportive and willing to help. Nice comfortable rooms. However, dimly lit for my taste. Missed having power sockets near the desk. Also, light buttons were not convenient on both sides of the bed.

Location of hotel is very good and staff is cooperative. But in breakfast vegetarian food is very less.

WiFi was not not free and costing expensive. Toilet should have water spray rather than just tissue paper, food was good but pork items should be separately placed to avoid using of same spoon and avoid discomfort for many of customers for whom pork is prohibited.

Rooms dim and not well lit

Magnificent reception desk and lobby area. But pale rooms and no health to sets in all the bathrooms. Breakfast spread elaborate and nice.
