Good room, pleasant and cooperative staff (mr non t specially, clean and decent size bathroom. Basically everything a totality look for in a hotel room. The breakfast options for a vegetarian could have been better but then that’s about whole of thailand.

The staff is very good, the good part is we can do light cooking at the room which was quite useful for my mom who didn't want to eat anything other than Indian. The staff behavior is overall very good, there was one hiccup during check in wherein I felt Mr. Mint behavior to be a bit rude when I was discussing about early checking with the lady who had told me room will be ready in 2 hours, he had no context but he pitched in to say "lot of people come early, but we can't have room ready".

Hotel rooms are very big and breakfast was great, there is no security deposit. Good location close to sky bus station. Very less expensive. Room has mini bar with refrigerator, open kitchen with microwave.

Rooms were very clean. I got a free upgrade to a premium room and the amazing location has pushed me to write this review. I am very happy with my stay and now when I am writing this review I am in another hotel in Bangkok and I really miss my stay in furama. I wish I would have booked my last day in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel close to Silom Road

Even though we faced slight issues with booking at Furama, the stay for 1 night was fantastic. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The staff were not able to locate our booking when we reached and we had to wait for an hour. My anger was all lost when we entered the room. The room was very spacious. All clean. The Bathroom was clean and big. Had a Bathtub, showering section. Everything was clean. The rooms and lift were secured with a key card to avoid unauthorized entry. The breakfast was also so yummy. With Noodles, Rice, Bacon, Pancakes, Juices. All yummy. The hotel is not on the main road. Please make sure the driver does not confuse with Furama as this is a different hotel. We made the same mistake. The hotel is little difficult to find. It is close to BTS Chong Nonsi. I will definitely be back to stay here in my next visit.

I stayed in firms for 3 nights. It is 3 minutes walk to station from where we can travel to any place. So no need to take taxi. The hotel staff is very friendly and speak excellent English. They allowed early check-in before 2 hours which was a great thing. Also we could keep our stuff in the luggage room till check-in was ready and could go out. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast is also good, though vegetarian option is less, especially for Indians. A big shout out to staff, This is where I am going to stay from now on when ever I am in Bangkok. Fully recommend this hotel for its pricing, super customer service, location, transit point and stay.

The hotel was great and they upgraded me to Suite Room. The room was excellent except the window side. The to service was also good. But no Indian menu. Value for money hotel. I had good time in the hotel as it is near to many malls and good places.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and big. The breakfast was also good but very limited items. Metro is also close by. Only 6 minutes walking distance.

Firstly, postives: 1. Decent hotel and very very well located place a. Near to metro, hotels, 7eleven, two shopping malls (trinity and one more in 100metres, kfc, mcdonalds, unicorn icecream shop etc etc. 2. Room is big enough with all aminities provided. 3. Bath tub with hot water shower 24/7 is a huge bonus 4. No one to bother you at anytime. U can come and go as u like. 5. Buffet is good with huge varities to choose 6. They provide umbrella for free. You have to return it though. 7. I can't remember all but its a very good stay. 8. Tv with one english channel to watcg movies is good. Wifi is great speed. Pool and sauna is excellent. Negatives: 1. Water bottles only 2. U have to buy after that. This is common across bangkok but 4star hotel should at-least provide this unlimited. 2. Little expensive being such far away from cbd. 3. No balcony evwn we paid good amount. 4. Food is sweet. When it continental. It should cater for all 5. No microwave for heating food. 4star should have that.

Hotel location is ok, staff polite and helpful, rooms were clean, overall good experience but only downsize is below par buffet breakfast.
