When it comes to location i don't think you can find a better place in the heart of bangkok. Perfectly situated next to nana buts station this hotel is located next to just about any amenity you can think of. Two seven elevens nearby. Multiple bars and restaurants. This part of bangkok never sleeps. The staff at the hotel were very warm and hospitable. The room was cosy and clean. Everyday the linen was made up and the room cleaned.

Very good hotel. Great location. Very very friendly staffs. Rooms are very clean and neat. Very much near to buts station name called nana. Love to stay.

Very nice and friendly staff. Location is in the center and has good public transport connectivity to tourist places ( be it shopping center or wat or other places. Highly recommended to stay here

Breakfast was very limited with few options. Very less portion. Room size was good but cleanliness was not good. There were insects and ants all over the room. Bathroom, bedroom every where. Ac was terrible with lot of noise.

The stay was good. Only one negative thing was that the hotel reception staff was rude in their body language and talking. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the hotel is at a prime location.

Terrible and the hotel caught fire

The rooms have no ventilation and it is terrible that you do not have a small opening to breath as the airconditioner is not the central one. The bathroom has no exhaust. The passage areas have no ventilation. You feel like you are in jail. One may die without oxygen. I suffered for 2 days and booked for 7 days. On the 3rd mid night the 7th floor caught fire and I saved myself. On 3rd day I had to check out and move to another hotel. My recommendation is this hotel immediately should stopped by Thai government ad it does not meet the basic requirements of safety. One good thing I find the owner is kind. They return all my money on the spot when I told them I will not stay as I am afraid. I hope everyone should read this review before one book based on the rating.
