I was happy staying in that hotel because it was near all shopping center, hotels, restaurant and massage center hotel staff are also very good they kept it neat and clean and very good value for money all kinds of things are available in walkable distance its very good

Good place to stay after work very relax atmosphere. Stay cool. The management is excellent and the was very clean good welcome by staff thanks to make my trip for arranging excellent hotel in very afforable price.

It's a nice hotel for business gateway, located near Pratunam market. Markets, Restaurants, Shopping Malls everything is close by. Public transport is easily accessible. Staff is good and smiling. Rooms are decent and clean.

The hotel was good and worth staying in heart of the city. The staff is courteous and cooperative. We enjoyed our business stay. The location was very proximate to the nearby market and place of interest. It's also a choice of stay for the tourist.

Hotel was good, a guy at the reception in the evening was rude. Hard to communicate as the staff dosent speak much in english. Room was clean, AC was OK. Overall a good experience above average.

Heart of the city

Very good location specially for people who are on a business trip. Shopping center, pan tip plaza, platinum mall, street shopping everything at just 5-7 minus walk.
Everything was good at that price.

This is a budget hotel . . Here's what's good:. Nice clean room. The room is cleaned everyday . Nice location. Close to Rachathewi sky train station. Just one station away from Siam Center . Here's what I personally think should improve:. WiFi - very slow !!! And stops working in the evening . Ambience is OK. Kind of old and needs some maintenance work . There are other similar budget hotels with better rooms that I saw for the same price.

Room was okay . Service needs to improve . But Very very well Located . Many markets around just walk 200 meters and you will find almost everything Thailand is famous for . + Lot of Indian restaurants are around . Value for money.

Nice hotel with big room but no view

Not a luxurious option, budgetary hotel, value for money. Big size room, no balcony or view, all necessary amenities available but hotel really requires renovation. Worst part guest not allowed after 6pm. Can only meet in lobby. This policy doesn't go with under standard image of hotel. Restaurant with limited timings only.

Multiple follow up for a complaint needed

Hotel location is very good, I was offered room where balcony door was not closing and AC was not working properly. I complaint to reception, after multiple follow ups they sent technician but still it was not resolved. Finally they changed my room to next upgrade and stay became smooth.

Average budget hotel

Check for some other hotel in the same area for same budget. The guys sitting at reception don't understand English so it was difficult to communicate. Hotel is situated in prime location of city. The options for breakfast are less and if you are vegetarian, depend only on bread-butter and fruits.

Hotel is good, however the area is not that great. No additional amenities given in the hotel. Room was good, however it was taking a lot of time for the room to cool. Location is far from shopping as we need to walk a lot specially for shoppers. Wifi was good.

It is very good hotel and located very near to the shopping mall. I and my family had a good stay. People are very courteous. I would prefer to stay again in the same hotel during my next trip to Bangkok. The room facilities like light etc. to be upgraded.

Everything was good, value for money. Wi-Fi was also good though some reviews seen before going said it is slow. Hotel should provide electric kettle for tea in the room. I would like to stay there again and also recommend to friends.

The location is ideal. No staff understand English.
As there was no soda opener, I requested the receptionist to arrange. He advised me to take from the neighboring hotel. Again next day requested for the same he advised me to open in instruments available in the room.
