Kids under 12 stay for free. Free of cost extra bed too. Great hotel, great location close to the best malls in bkk.

The location is perfect for shopping and City view. The close location to metro was just so convenient for all day travel as well.

The location of this hotel is very good with a mall, BTS Station and also at a decent distance from major attractions. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean, luxurious with an excellent unlimited wifi. Will recommend for business and family.

The location of the hotel is located next to BTS Station. Nearer to lots of malls. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Value for money

The Hotel Holiday Inn is in good location and beautiful view from the hotel. All Mall are located near by the hotel like Pratunam Market, Pantip Plaza, etc. Under the hotel metro train is there. Opp to Hotel Grand Hyatt Erawan is located so it a good location. Hotel Morning breakfast is also good and Services good too.

Do not know about food as we did not eat there. Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Chitlom bts and there are plenty of good food places and malls around.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is polite and helpful. We recommend this place. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment about food. Room came without breakfast. Would have appreciated if the rate included breakfast. Overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent property with a clean surrounding. Very near to the market and BTS station. An expensive Indian restaurant Bawarchi in the adjoining hotel. It has Malls and supermarkets in nearby surrounding. Swimming pool and health club was also good.

The hotel is average in terms of service and cleanliness. Could be better for the price charged. Well mannered staff and would give a 4 for that. The food at the restuarents in nothing great, very less variety. It is a old property and decently maintained.
