Perfect location, clean and spacious rooms, closer to asok bts and to amritsar 22 indian restaurant lots of indian restaurants nearby and shopping area closer by bts. Stayed for the second time will repeat again

Nice and comfortable stay

This hotel is located at so sukhumvit 18. So quite accessible for public transport. Room was nice with all necessary amities. They asked for credit card number for security but they didn’t charge anything. There is a coffee club in ground floor. Complementary breakfast is provided there in this cafe.

The maitria hotel at sukhumvit so 18 is a great hotel with a central location. We stayed here for 7 days at their 1 bedroom suite and were very comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel staff was helpful too. The 1 bedroom suite was large enough for a long stay for a family of 3. It had a kitchen, washing machine and bath-tub, all of which were very helpful as we were travel-ling with a child and cooked our own vegetarian food. The bed was comfortable and rooms were kept clean. The restaurant - coffee club serves good coffee, but there are barely any vegetarian options. The staff however was kind enough to prepare vegetarian fried rice and sandwiches for us when required. The maitria 18 hotel is close to several indian restaurants and terminal 21 mall. There's also a 7-11 convenience store and an excellent place to order mango sticky rice at the start of the so 18 street.

We got just what we expected. The service was perfect, check in and check out was easy, the cafe on the ground floor was peaceful, the rooms were nice and spacious. One of my better stays in bangkok!

We booked their suite room for 4 people. It was value for money. Room was spacious, neat, all amenities were provided, staff was friendly. Chocolava cake, banoffee pie and pancakes at the coffee club were the best in thailand!

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. It is situated near the buts and mart which makes it easy to travel to tourist places and attractions. Terminal 21 which has the pier 21 food court in a walkable distance.

Close to asoke station, many place to eat surrounding hotel. Quite safe to stay. Not so many to select breakfasts, but enough.

Hotel is situated in main Sukhumvit area, very accessible by train. Lots of food and massage options within walking distance. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is courteous.

I reached early in the morning, receptionist was really cordial to me, staffs are cooperative, rooms clean, free cokes, drinking water available, no charge for that. Attached kitchen was there, nice wardrobe, good Reading area, with sofa as well

The property location wise is good. The services were not upto the mark with price of rooms. 1. In room dinning- quick and good
2. House keeping- delay. 3. Infrastructure- needs a lot of make and shape.
