Good hotel, convenient location, perfect pool, it is clean and well maintained. The room is cleaned well. Hotel have laundry services and different options for caring for your clothes, there is a 24-hour store on the ground floor. The food for breakfast is very tasty and varied.

The hotel was clean and new, the breakfast was good and started at 6am which was suitable for business travellers. In room dining also had good options and reasonable prices for the location.

The mercure at sukhumvit 24 is a prime example of french hospitality and detailing. Stayed with them for 4 nights and had an amazing experience at their bar, swimming pool gym and coffee shop. The view from the rooms is amazing and the housekeeping team does an amazing job with the upkeep. Check in and check-out was super smooth and as per accor standards. Hope to visit again sometime soon!

It's located in very busy but good place, room. Qualith and staff service is very good, every thing in hotel is very good except the food for vegetarians, vegetarian dish options are less in breakfast.

Rooms are clean and has good view that we got at 25th floor. Staff is quite responsive to help as needed. Easy for public transport as the hotel is near to phrom phrong station bts. The lighting could be a bit more bright for dressing
