Reception staff was very good. Although I had issues with ac and mosquitoes in room, staff was able to rectify that pretty fast.
Mosquitoes. I guess that s expected since there is balcony.

They are cheaters

I booked 2 super deluxe rooms with twin bed with balcony. But they given us deluxe rooms. They said this is also a super deluxe. They given deluxe with double bed only. They are cheater people. Don't recommend. They are making fool to travelers. They didn't listen us. We are helpless. I showed them my vouchers too but they denied to helping us.
