Staying at Novotel was a wonderful experience for our family! From the start, the staff made us feel welcomed and took care of all our needs. The family-friendly amenities like the pool, kids' play area, and special menu options made it so easy to keep everyone happy and entertained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was perfect for a family. The location was also fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see, which made getting around stress-free. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable – we look forward to coming back!

I stay-es with my family the room was nice near and clean. Overall had a good time. Only the problem is food for indians there is nothing in breakfast menu for indians.

It was a fantastic experience staying in this property as it is centrally located in the area of sukhimvit. It has a fantastic pool and spacious rooms. Staff is very courteous and indian food options are available around the property.

It was the best stay for my family trip, recommend everyone to book this hotel every time, very friendly staff, good foods, pool with slide was wonderful, i wish i could stay more with my family but in my trip i have already plan and booked 3 night bangkok, 3 night pattaya, 3 night phuket.

Great family hotel. Large room and large beds - king size. Separate bed for kid. Can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with 1 child sharing the king bed comfortably

It was beyond my expectations. Excellent stay. Great hospitality team they have. Would love to stay with them again 10 on 10. For me. Amritsr restaurant at 200 mtr. Was like extra butter on my bread.

What a best choice what i did. Compared with other hotel, this was so cleaned, wide hotel. Recently renovated so very mordened. My family stayed for 4 days with happiness. For the kid, it was best. Furthermore all staff were very kind.

Stay was fantastic, in fact, more than expected. Huge room with kitchenette, prompt service, and ever smiling staff are the best things about this novotel property. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in sukhumvit area.

Everything about the hotel is almost perfect. The location is close enough to public transport and is located close to a lot of fantastic restaurants. It also has two 7/11's in it's proximity. The breakfast is satisfactory and there's something for everyone although if you're a vegetarian, you may have to double check. The non vegetarian options were very well done though. Two things that were weird 1. There is no place to keep the body wash and shampoo in the shower. There is a weird ledge that's a little higher than what it should be where i kept the body wash and shampoo. 2. They take an absurd amount of time to bring water to your room. Once, they didn't even show up. Otherwise, they're extremely responsive over phone/email/front desk. The experience has been almost stellar. This is a quality property and i'd love to stay here again regardless of these quirks.
