Comfortable stay and the staff was really helpful and sweet, they did the job diligently. Property was clean and hygienic also the pool and cocktail were amazing

At the outset, sivatel doesn't give you the impression of a 5 star as it hosts a small sky lobby atop the 17th floor. However what it looses in physical infrastructure it more than makes it up in it's remarkable service. Right from the door man to the chef, everyone is quite friendly and ever willing to help and serve. The room was spotless clean, pleasing view outside the large glass wall, nice swimming pool and good food. Two refinements suggested to the hotel (i) limited vegetarian options especially indian veg, (ii) lack of 24 hrs in-room dinning. Thus if you are partying late in the night, you may have to dine outside or order-in overall good budget 5 star option

Perfect location if you are looking for shopping, clubbing and night outs. I have been to many hotels but the room Sivatel offers is best among those. Only setback for me was there was no water in bathtub. Could not use the pool area but was good view there. Staff was very kind in trying to help us with everything. Hats off.
