Amazing location. Everything is in walk-able distance. The in room Thai spa was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were really cozy and comfortable and room service was impeccable. If it's Bangkok. Then it will definitely be Fusion Suites always.

Good location and nice stay

The hotel location is excellent. The Nightlife of Sukhumvit is just walkaway from the hotel. Just in-front of the hotel is a market that is shifting Type, very cheap but quality is very good. For non vegetarian there is lovely Street food.
Service, room, location, people everything was very good.
Our room was upgraded to suits it was amazing. Room was clean, automated and perfectly maintained.
Hotel was perfectly named as fusion suits because it was a very good fusion between raw and fine finished infra.
Hotels's location is very good. Rooms are very clean and spacious. It is very near to all the prime locations like malls and markets, BTS // MRT everything is just few mins walk. Many food stalls around with easy connectivity to everything. Hotel from outside looks small less rooms but they are super clean.

Suitable only for singles and couples

Not too Bad! The room space has a lighting which is a bit dark. Space operators are comfortable. Great location, close to the spa. Lobby space is not very good. Outside there is a bar. More suitable for singles and couples. For family, it is a bit complicated.

Stay in Bangkok

It was just an OK stay. The hotel was not up the mark. The staff didn't know the English language and the room conditions were not up to the mark. We only enjoyed the breakfast as the restaurant in charge was very homely and hospitable.

One night air conditioner was not working at all but hotel management arranged another hotel for that night and changed room next day. Gesture is appreciated but room should be checked prior to allocation to guests.

Good but can be improved. Bathrooms need to be big. Better facility for vegetarian breakfast should be there. The hotel is value for money. There should be service to receive from airport. Overall the area is close to shopping mall but its not a happening street.

Rooms with no balcony & opening; pathetic location

Front Desk doesn't understand English. There is self service - had to pick up & move the luggage yourself, no facilities, wifi doesn't work in the room, blocked view rooms with no balcony & openings, smell in the room and pathetic location. Overall, a bad experience & Thumbs Down!

Good part of this hotel is location, however otherwise this was my one of the worst experience ever. Rooms are too small, washroom layout is pathetic. AC does not work in the room, while complaint, receptionist said nothing can be done, please sleep, will call technician in the morning. Room will also not be changed. I'll not recommend this hotel.

Very very bad stay

Hotel is far form City center, very Long to get sky train or taxi or motorbike. Breakfast is bad, restaurant also. Staff are not well at all. Room is also not have enough light, toilet not good. Price is too high compare to accommodation. Do not stay hear in future

Very bad hotel. Don't ever book it, very depressing. Room was very small. Bad lightning foul smell. Depressing.
