Travelled with sons and Spouse. Stayed 6 days. It was a nice/clean facility with polite/courteous staff. Pool was fairly deep/small for my kids. Good only for a short dip. Located strategically near the ferries/malls. Reachable by tuk-tuk.

Went for an award function and stayed in this Narai as it is very near to it. Staff behavior is good and stay was fine with comfortable as well as hygienic rooms. Recommended for family and group travelers.

The Narai was at a great location, close to metro and night market and park and ferry. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is friendly. The bufeet breakfast was good with variety of food.
