It was on 3rd May 2018 at around 03:00 PM, we checked into the Pathumwan Princess Hotel. Firstly, we inquired about one of the specific amenities, designated smoking area' to which the receptionist (trainee) declined of having such amenity in the Pathumwan Princess Hotel. Further, she confirmed from one of her seniors staff of not having the facility. We told them that we booked the Pathumwan Princess Hotel via makemytrip apps on which one of the amenities available was designated smoking area' this being one of our selection criteria for the Pathumwan Princess Hotel . . The receptionist was very polite, disciplined and helpful. We were given room no. 2107 in the 21 floor. The room was neat and clean. We liked the place very much. After few minutes, an additional bed was also provided because we were three. One interesting thing was that there was a transparent glass in between bedroom and bathroom which allows us to tease our friend when he was peeing (ha ha . I suggest it should be partitioned with opaque object). Everything is ignored because the people are nice. Overall, this is the perfect Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok with adjacent shopping mall and all the amenities one needs in one place. Group tour, family tour, honeymoon, official word or holiday, this Pathumwan Princess Hotel is recommended for all and sundry.

The best part of this Pathumwan Princess Hotel is it's location. It is situated inside mbk mall and you have a separate entrance to the mall. I got my room on the 27th floor which was amazing however, the view was of the city. The picture of the view is attached as well. Rooms are clean and pretty but not as big as expected. They have recreation facilities like swimming pool, garden, jogging track, play court all on the same floor. They even kept our luggage in the store room, after the check-out, as we had our flight late evening. Access to mall is easy as you can shop and drop off the things in the room and go back again. Lobby is appealing and the staff is polite. All in all, a nice experience but found the rooms to be a bit expensive.

We had a good time in this Pathumwan Princess Hotel All staff were extremely courteous and helpful. And the best part is it's connected on the 2nd floor to mbk mall. And that's one huge mall. Shopping is excellent here. And siam centre malls rt next door. And 7/11 store rt opposite. Ideal location. Will def book here next time.

Its proximity to the malls, the breakfast buffet has a great spread, the service is quick and staff is friendly. The room is well maintained and the mini bar is not that expensive .. The bathrooms are equipped with shaving, dental kits that include mouth wash too, and spacious bathtubs ..

Excellent Pathumwan Princess Hotel located at an amazing location. Connected to MBK mall. I liked their service. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with all the amenities. They have good gym and pool. Though I feel Hotel is bit expensive. But, it could be due to its location.

For checking in taking a lot of time even though we reached after check in time, overall a very pleasant stay. Location wise the Pathumwan Princess Hotel can't be matched especially if you have shopping in mind with direct access to MBK mall.

Main use of the Pathumwan Princess Hotel is location. This saves on money on taxis and time. Very good pool and Jacuzzi. Gym was also very big and had all machines.

Hotel is inside MBK market, so all shopping need under one roof. Heart of the town. Metro station at doorstep. Nice breakfast and lavish Breakfast, Spacious room. They even provide you with mouthwash. Only the water pressure in the shower was less. But value for money.

Awesome Thai food. Although Indian food is not that great. Good hospitality, great cocktails, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Close to shopping centers. Best was the airport drop in BMW 7 series.

Some more english breakfast dishes and from the neighbouring countries dishes to be added more such as dishes from India, indo asian dishes etc. Interconnecting rooms facilities should be made available for the group atleast with the two rooms booking.
