Comfortable big bed, AC quiet and good, rooms on the smaller side, but well equipped, hot water, balcony to dry clothes. Location is convenient, The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok would give you a free ride if their shuttle goes to the airport to Lat Krabang rail link stop to connect to Bangkok rail system, or you can take a 7baht 10 min ride on Songteo on the main road to the station or to a Paseo mall or Market land for food and shopping. Around the corner is a nice massage place with local prices and plenty of options for local foods which are delicious. For those who are not used to asia here are the minuses the bathroom is small and shower will make everything including your toilet wet, there is no lift and your room maybe on the 4th floor.

Hotel provide two way airport shuttle. This sounds good. If you take a meter taxi from suvarnabhumi to The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok or The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok to Suvarnabhumi one way approximately. Hotel is good if you want stay few hours. Nearby having a seven eleven too. Local food vendors also at 1 minute walk. Room was a bit old but bed was clean. I reached from khan keen to don menu at 2200 pm. My next flight from sugar about so, i stay just 6 hours. I would like to stay again if i will be in same situation again. It will take 10-15 minutes one way The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok to airport or airport to The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok.

I would say, the location of the The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok was amazing. Close to the The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok is a bridge, underneath water flows. It is a beautiful sight at night, with water fountain system. The The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok has free shuttle service to the Airport which is about 15 min drive away. The The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok staff are good. Restaurant food was of Thai cuisine, and so may not be palatable to Indians.

Great The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok, friendly staff, clean and hygienic, spacious, AC, bathroom and beds very comfortable. Located close to airport, with drop and pick up service. Even though planes land and you can see it, it does not disturb the peace in the room. Slept well and was easy to get transport downtown and back. I recommend if you are solo or couple and if you want to stay closer to airport and away from downtown.

Very nice The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok with good ambience, value for money. I stayed there for one day on my way back to India post my trip to Phuket, the The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok staff is very cooperative and jolly all I need to suggest that The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok should have facility for Indian food which was major isssue during my stay at Bangkok.

The Phoenix Bangkok is value for money. It is neat and clean and spacious room. The biggest plus point is, it is very near to Airport and they provide airport pick and drop. The staff was also very helping with a smile on face. The only negative was, there were no elevators so we carried our stuff to second floor which was heavy.

Hotel location is good near to Airport. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Free shuttle to Airport. Only major compliment is there is no lift. If come with elders it's very difficult better pre request for room in ground and and first floor. It's a cheap and best place to stay.
