Amazing hospitality and one of the most luxurious stays in Chiang Mai

We stayed here for 3 nights and what an incredible time we had. The staff allowed us to opt for breakfast the day we checkedin, they helped us hire a scooter, booked tours and even allowed us a late check out. Incredible hospitality that I've not seen anywhere else. We used the pool on all 3 days and enjoyed much. In summers the top floor rooms can get warm and it takes time for the Aircon to cool so beware. Highly recommend the U Chiang Mai for all it's features Oh and we had one of the best spa experiences too!
