Staff was very helpful and responsive. Water pipe line in roof broke at night and water started to spill all over the floor in balcony. Hotel staff were working all night trying to fix it. Next day manager came and apologized for it and changed my room. They took very good care and accommodated in suits as the rooms in same category were full. I will definitely recommend this Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway Hotel and would love to come back and stay here.
