The property is centrally located and close to major attractions in Koh Samui. The pool is gorgeous, but the food is a bit expensive. The reception staff was rude and uninterested in serving guests. Outrigger's location is a disadvantage, and the shower didn't work properly. The property is underrated and provides 5-star level amenities and service. The bell boys were missing, and the property is across the road from the pool facing the beach.
