I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at chad a thai village. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and it has such positive vibes. In a quiet lane but close to all the action and the beach. But above all i would like to thank all the staff at chad a thai who were so helpful and humble and very very accommodating. The lovely lady at the reception even gave us an early check in unlike the other hotels. They just need to improve on their wifi. I would definitely re commend people to stay here and not go by the other negative reviews. If i ever come back to krabi i will not look for any other place but stay here at chad a thai village

Centrally located. Well connected with public transport and surrounded with nature. Rooms are open from all sides and sunlight in balcony adds to it's beauty.

Best resort you could find in Ao Nang near to the the beach. Great facility, environment, people. The only negative I could find is the food. It's not Indian taste specific. Sometimes I found breakfast lacking variety.

Staff was very cooperative & active in service.. Room was quite clean & food is also good.. Hotels has all facilities as we found in other 3 star hotels.. Washrooms are clean which I like to see first.. Check-in process is also fast, I got my room in just 10-15 minutes.. My overall stay is GOOD :)

Lovely resort. A lot of greenery around. The beach and night market is near by and a lot of restaurants and seven 11 are in walking distance. Overall good stay. Only downside is poor wi-fi network.

The hotel karabi thai village as the name says does not give exactly the feeling of village but yet a better and advanced version of village as the interior says it all. Delicious breakfast, have proximity of local markets which are nearby .. Overall a good budget hotel with nice amenities and amazing breakfast ...

Poor Stay

We stayed on the hotel with family. Staff attitude is very poor. They don’t understand the basic English. Room service and restaurant service was very poor. Staff eating while making food for the guests in breakfast. Lacks in basic device ethics.

1. I booked a grand delux room basis the pictures shown for each room. The grand delux room shown was a duplex with an extra bed on mezzanine floor for kids. But the hotel denied and allotted a standard room. I showed them the room pictures. The hotel claimed pictures are of family suite and not grand delux room. 2. Hotel reception staff was extremely rude 3. I had to pay extra 1000 bhat to move to the duplex room i booked. 4. There was zero cooperation from hotel staff. 5. They even asked for my credit card details as security. 6. Hotel staff did not know english. It was difficult to communicate 7. While checking out, they were even charging us 200 bhat for laundry bag. We were so frustrated with their behavior that we emptied the laundry bag and returned there n then.
