Aster Hotel and Residence

Hotel room is great but has some rules. Lady at reception is not welcoming but instead she focus on explaining rules first and take security deposit. You don't feel like welcoming here. We were couple and any ways had to spend most of time roaming around and nothing much to do in Aster Hotel and Residence. Room is really great and had all facilities at reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is also great and best. It is around 1 km from beach and other happenings around. Only thing I can see as improvement is that lady at reception should be humble and welcoming. I can understand the rules but there is a way to address it and also welcoming guests. I would not stay here with kids but as a couple is OK. Overall great room to stay.

Best stay till date. Everything is provided in the Aster Hotel and Residence itself. Tv, fridge, Ac, microwave, heater, washing machine, hairdryer, bathtub, shower cube and what else is needed. Huge. Location was great, not too close not too far from the beach. It's just that we had to wait for around 3 hours to get the room just because we reached early. If the check-in time is 2 pm, they all give you the room at 2 pm only. Even if the rooms is empty. A single demerit. If you are going on time, no need to even think double. Price is quite reasonable.

Excellent property to stay. Everything was great except for the check-in process. They intentionally keep you waited till 2pm to give you room. If you plan to go early at the Aster Hotel and Residence, be prepare to wait 4 to 6 hrs in their lobby to get the room. I can't understand their concept to make their guest waited for so long while rooms are available. Rest are excellent stay.

Located in central Pattaya (perfect location), the Hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. The Hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms, gym and swimming pool. Moreover the food was great overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this Hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there.

At Mind Premier suite in one world is awesome, clean room, good housekeeping service, awesome facilities, good and helping staff they understand enough English to help your queries. One drawback is it's little far from Beach Road and walking street but that not to worry any time you will get shared tuk-tuk, my stay and experience is awesome. Love you At Mind.

This Aster Hotel and Residence is awesome, staff is very excellent and very helpful. The food is very delicious, I really like this Aster Hotel and Residence will definitely would like to stay again.

Had booked a standard room, which they upgraded to deluxe room free of charge. It didn't have a balcony. And extra water is chargeable. They have a good restaurant. Even tie up with near buy massage parlour. English channels are available. Asked about bus Station for Airport bus but they told to Google. As I was not taking their taxi service.

We liked this Aster Hotel and Residence a lot. A short walk to the main road, the Front Desk Team were very helpful. The Room was of good size, it had a washing machine as well. Very Useful. Overall had a great stay.

Location is very good, very quiet street, nearby to almost every places, breakfast was good, although indian travellers wouldn’t have much choice, hygiene is maintained very well and safety measures are in place.

At mind is a good Aster Hotel and Residence if you like to go with family and would like to cook something during your stay. Room size is good and one India restaurant nearby area.

Rooms are beautiful and clean, but lobby is very small. Please add more items in breakfast. Staff is very friendly, highly recommended for small budget trip.
