The Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat is perfectly located, beach is right across the street and Pattaya Walking Street is only a few meters away. They have nice big rooms and washrooms. If you are choosy about the food then there are multiple options available down the road, again few meters away and ranging from pizza burgers to tasty Indian food. The Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat has a decent rooftop swimming pool but the water had too much chlorine in it, eyes were burning in the water. Fitness center is nicely equipped for a normal workout, not for heavy lifting though. The Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat offers english breakfast which is good, but there is room for improvement. Free wi-fi credentials were provided during check-in which works fine, they have multiple access points so no issues of weak signal. The staff is nice and can communicate in okay english. Although the Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat is right on the busy beach road leading to walking street the rooms are quiet, may be because it was not a road/beach facing room. Overall, pleasant stay because of the comfort and location.

I stayed here from 18/7/19 to 22/7/19. The property is on the beach road. Next to city walk and near the walking street. Rooms seems to be old. But not so bad. 3rd Joiner allowed without any additional fee in a double occupied room. Reception staffs are not friendly, but restaurant staff and room service are good. Early check in not allowed. I have given room 1:30 pm. Even though the rooms available, I was waiting fr 2:30 hrs. Dining in the 5th floor, with beautiful beach view. Breakfast is good, having variety, but not so tasty. Swimming pool is on the 7th floor. The view is good, but too much chlorine. Gym is in the 1st floor. ok. Undated equipment’s. Overall it was a nice stay. Negatives are ignorable. Worthy. I’ll visit again. Customer support need to be improved.

Had a great stay at this Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat, almost a perfect stay, on beach road and walking street hoarding visible from the Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat. Rooms are spacious, Beautiful Pool on top, Excellent Scenic beauty from near the breakfast area. A very decent breakfast but if you are a vegetarian then one may be left with fewer options. It is a completely guest friendly Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat with nice Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat staff with quick and efficient service. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Will definitely visit here again.

The Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat has good location, just in front of pattaya beach, near walking street and still cool in the night for good night sleep. The breakfast is really good, not much varieties but whatever they have they served nicely. Swimming pool is nice and fitness room is also good. Baywalk Residence was one my best choices. I'm satisfied with the room's cleanliness, ambience, swimming pool and the most important of all, staff's behaviour with ever-smiling face. The buffet breakfast and the Sea view from the breakfast zone was also noteworthy. It was just five minutes away from walking street, the centre of attraction of Pattaya. My only grievance is that though i've requested them through mail to provide me with the sea-view room, they did not.

The best part of the Hotel is its location. Perhaps this is one of the Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwats which is amidst the best location in Pattaya. It is just beside the famous Ripley's Mall, (though the Mall have some different name). It is couple of meters away from the Walking street. There are many 7-11 Shops close by. The rooms could have been little bit maintained. But the toilets and beds were really very clean. The decent buffet spread is awesome.

Behavior of front office desk personnel was not good it was biased. Breakfast was not good and enough. The cleanliness was really good and in room facilities excellent. The cleanliness staff response was quick and their behavior was also good. It is required to guide the guest to his or her room at the start as he and she is not aware of the location and other things of the room. I was not guided for that. But still I would recommend it to others.

This Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat is right in front of the sea and on the buzzing street ( same stretch of Walking street). Rooms are big and clean. Don't expect much for vegetarian breakfast/ food. Restaurant at 5th floor has an amazing view of sea. There are many Indian restaurants next to the Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat and most of the shopping places, malls, walking street is all walking distance.

Location very good, food is good, cleaning is good.

Location is great. Safe for single women travelers too. Restaurants, pubs are available nearby. Its in the main city and Indian restaurants are available nearby The staff was very disconnected and cared least for the guests however the rooms and Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat was very clean.

Hotel is little dated but location can’t be beat. Right outside is beach and less than 10 mins is walking street. Lots of restaurants around. Would book again.

This is most centrally located place, 5-10 min walk covers all the attractions of Pattaya whatever are in your short list.

Front-desk has discrimination against indian travellers, except check in time staff, she is very kind and professional, Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat location is excellent, 5th floor housekeeping lady is friendly and helpful, rooms are good and i recommend

Baywalk residence is one of best Baywalk Residence Pattaya By Thaiwat if you look for pocket friendly stuff. Location is undoubtedly awesome, service is good. Staff are helpful and whenever they saw us they greet with politeness. Breakfast is also good with a rooftop restaurant having beachfront view.

Very good hygienic and location is near Bay beach.

Though i reached pretty early than the routine check-in time as the room was already vacant they gave it then itself without any hassles. The restaurant was very scenic with the panoramic view of the sea and food was also great.
